I've been a patient at Advanced Medical of Naples for 19 years. Starting from their prior location on Pine Ridge Rd. The staff is always professional and welcoming. The Nurse Practitioners are amazing! Dr. Leach and Dr. Crowell provide outstanding care as well, with their many years of practice. It's so convenient going to a place that has an in-house lab and x-ray equipment. To be honest, I've never had a bad experience at Advanced; from the check-in process to the check-out process. This needs to be noted, the check-out person, Yami, is a pleasure to end my visit on every time. She takes the time to explain what we are being charged for, and even makes sure they have the correct pharmacy in our chart, every. single. time (even though the nursing staff obtains the information as well). I will continue going to Advanced Medical of Naples, as they are my full service providers!

This place is a rip off. They take your insurance when you first get there, assumably to make sure you have coverage so they will get paid. Then they call you up to tell you you have a co pay for the visit. Great! I happily paid that but then you get whacked a month later with a bill for a crazy amount less your co-pay. The decent thing to do is to tell people upfront that they are not covered so they're not surprised later. I felt blind sighted. Its not the money. Its the principal. They ran a ton of tests just to tell me nothing is wrong and then charge me the full amount. Buyer beware.

This is a cattle car facility. It’s all just PA’s and nurses. You will probably just see a VERY entry level nurse. If you want to see a “real MD doctor”, it’s over a weeks wait!! We’re not talking gastroenterologist, heart surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, etc. These are just MD “every day docs”. Now, they won’t process Medicare with expensive supplement pkg. I hv G plan and they still charge the rack rate as if you hv zero insurance!

I’ve been a patient of Advance Medical of Naples for 26 years. I’ve never experienced issues with them or bad service. I have my fair share of medical issues. I go to the doctor there every three months for bloodwork and follow up on my sugar diabetes. Several years ago, I was not feeling well I want to see my PA Paul Who did some blood work? I was sent home waiting on my test results. My wife received a phone call from Paul telling her to get me to the nearest hospital immediately I was in renal failure and my kidney shut down. Entering the hospital Paul had already called ahead. and spoke with the hospitals emergency room so upon arrival they had already known what was wrong with me now that’s going out of your way above and beyond I’m a diabetic with uncontrollable diabetes. Paul ordered me a Dexcom seven denied by the insurance company in the medical provider of the Dexcom seven called Advance Medical and spoke to some lady. Her name was Janine explained to her what was going on and within an hour and received an order from the pharmacy that my Dexcom seven was ready for pick up Janine want above and beyond and out of her way to see my needs were fulfilled i’ll be able to keep

Dr. Camello was absolutely amazing! He took the time to answer all of my questions and my husband’s questions without ever making us feel rushed. He’s so down to earth and made us feel completely comfortable the entire visit. You can genuinely tell he cares about his patients, which is rare these days. We’re so happy we finally found a doctor who truly listens. Highly recommend! Also, the staff were super friendly and helpful from start to finish.
